PRICES PER ROOM:

  Rent: 195 euros/month.

     The rent includes the costs for cold water,
     electricity and  internet, but the costs for hot
     water is not included.

  The cost for building central heating, building
  cleaning  and maintenance is 25 euros/month.

  Caution: 195 euros. When you arrive and I
  give you the keys, you must to pay the caution
  and the first month  (195+195+25 euros). I will
  return you the caution your last day of stay.
   PRECIOS POR HABITACIÓN:

   Alquiler: 195 euros/mes.

          El alquiler incluye los gastos de agua
          fría, electricidad e Internet, pero el gasto
          en agua caliente no esta incluido.

  Los gastos de comunidad (limpieza del edificio,
  calefacción y mantenimiento) son 25 euros/mes
 
  Fianza: 195 euros. Al llegar, cuando te demos las
  llaves, deberás pagar la fianza y el primer mes
  (195+195+25 euros).  Te devolveremos la fianza
  el último día de estancia en la habitación.
